Preliminary Thermal Test Results

The CAPE Mechanical team ran a Preliminary Thermal test on the CAPE-2 prototype, and are happy to announce a full success.
LaSpace Conference 2012

This past weekend two students from the CAPE team traveled to The Annual LaSpace Conference to present our progress on the CAPE project over the last year. Overall the conference was a success and we were treated to some great posters from other research and development programs at other Universities.

During the conference, we met a member from the CrawSat I launch team, Lauren Gossen, who took one of the photos on the current CrawSat Poster.

Successful CW Beacon Decode!

Just a quick progress update:
The team has been able to successfully transmit CW beacons off CAPE-2 to the Ground Station and decode them. Below is a screen shot of the decoded beacon.
